Miranda started as a medical assistant working side by side with Dr. Messenger, and over the past ten years has grown into her role as Practice Manager. She knows this practice inside and out, and it shows in everything she does.

As Practice Manager, Miranda is the person who keeps all three locations running smoothly. She's the connective tissue between the clinical team, the front desk, and the big picture — making sure patients have a great experience and the team has what they need to do their best work.

Miranda is a Lansing area native through and through and loves being able to serve the communities she grew up in. When she's not at work, you'll find her wrangling three kids and three dogs, settling in for a cozy movie night, or spending time with the people she loves.
