WHAT IS BOTOX®?
Botox (botulinum toxin type A) is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for expression lines. It is most commonly used to treat:
Forehead lines and horizontal creases
Frown lines between the brows (the "11s")
Crow's feet at the corners of the eyes
Results typically appear within 3–7 days and last 3–4 months. With consistent treatment, many patients find their results lasting longer over time.

Juvéderm is a family of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers designed to restore lost volume, smooth deeper lines, and enhance facial contours. At MDI, we offer three Juvéderm products to address a range of concerns.
WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLERS?
As we age, the face naturally loses volume and fullness — leading to hollowing under the eyes, flattened cheeks, thinning lips, and deepening folds around the mouth. Hyaluronic acid fillers work by replenishing that lost volume from beneath the skin's surface.
We offer three Juvéderm products, each formulated for a specific purpose:
Juvéderm Voluma XC — Restores volume and lift to the cheeks and mid-face. Results can last up to 2 years.
Juvéderm Ultra XC — Adds fullness to the lips and smooths lines around the mouth. A natural-looking choice for lip enhancement.
Juvéderm Volbella XC — Subtly defines and hydrates the lips and softens fine lines around the lip border. Ideal for patients who want a more understated result.
All Juvéderm treatments include a local anesthetic for comfort, and most appointments take 30–45 minutes with minimal downtime.
