To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, we kindly request that you please bring any relevant medical records, including previous dermatology notes, a list of current medications, and your insurance cards. During your first visit, you'll meet with one of our experienced dermatologists who will review your medical history, discuss any concerns or symptoms you may have, and perform a comprehensive skin examination. Based on this assessment, we'll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Upon check-in, please have your driver's license and insurance cards ready. Keep in mind that if the patient is a minor and not accompanied by their legal guardian, we will require a disclaimer in order to accept treatment.
